RC Student Letting & Management was initially established over 30 years ago by Ron Coaten to help RAC students find suitable off campus accommodation. In addition Ron worked for the Royal Agricultural University for many years, in unrelated staff roles, and latterly as an alumni consultant. Ron celebrated his 50th year with the RAU in 2019.

The RCSLM team is run by long established property managers and landlords Richard and Kim Musgrave. Richard and Kim have been developing and managing property for themselves for over 20 years and having built up a great team around them became full time property managers in 2007. Their experience in managing their own HMO (Houses of Multiple Occupancy) portfolio since 2005 brings a vast breadth of knowledge and a unique approach to the letting's business.
